Cardio Tennis

$10/class or Included with a Fitness Plus Membership!

Cardio Tennis is a fitness workout on the tennis court. You do not need to have any tennis experience to participate in this class. You will be hitting tennis balls, jumping rope, running the ladder and playing tennis points all in an effort to keep your heart rate in the target zone. Bring a sweat towel and water bottle!

 

Monday 11:30 am  - 12:30 pm
Wednesday    11:30 am - 12:30 pm
 Thursday 7:00 pm  - 8:00 pm
Saturday  8:00 am - 9:00 am
