training experience.

Location: Ames Racquet & Fitness Center
Cost: $199 (includes three required personal training
sessions)
*** Additional personal training sessions may be added at special trainer
pricing to advance participant's understanding of the value and design
of personal training programming.
PART III: Personal Training Business School
Walk the talk. Build a practice with marketing, biz plan, and daily actions
that are hallmark of successful business people.
Offered: Fall 2005, Spring 2006 dates TBA
Cost: $149 for the 7 hour school and follow up coaching to get you off to a STRONG start!
