This is an all levels small group class, great for those who have never taken a class and desire the individual attention, as well as seasoned practitioners who are looking for more in-depth instruction and physical assists. Limited class sizes will ensure the personalized practice but give you the group feel. After learning customized Yoga Posture sequence for their level, students will have a 2 hour practice window to practice their sequence with the personal assistance of Personal Trainer and Guided Self Practice Instructor, June Burns.
*Each new participant is required to have 5 personal training sessions with June Burns before start of the class to be prepared to work on their own with June's guidance.
*Proof of membership required upon attendance. If the member rate is incorrectly chosen the fee will be due in full at first visit.
