This is an all levels, small group, interactive yoga experience. June uses a science based movement sequence that has lasting benefits of well-being, and the tools to take a personally customized practice with you. Designed for all levels for more in-depth instruction and physical assists. Limited class sizes will ensure the personalized practice, but give you the supportive group atmosphere. . After learning customized Yoga Posture sequence for their level, students will have a 1.5 hour practice window to practice their sequence with the personal assistance of Personal Trainer and Guided Self Practice Instructor, June Burns.
*Each new participant is required to have 5 personal training sessions with June Burns before start of the class to be prepared to work on their own with June's guidance.
*Proof of membership required upon attendance. If the member rate is incorrectly chosen the fee will be due in full at first visit.
