All yoga and fitness levels are invited to join Jack in this two hour workshop exploring the lunar effects in Hatha yoga. This class will focus on rebalancing mind, body, and emotions by examining the centering, cooling and lunar effects of sequenced asana. The inspirations for this workshop are variations of classic Chandra Namaskar (moon salutations) and the vinyasa / yin Chandra Krama. Class limited to 16 participants.
Workshop will be held in a studio with the temperature set to approximately 85-86 degrees.
Jack currently teaches at Ames Fitness Center and has an extensive background with yoga. His certifications and trainings include (but are not limited to) the following:
