Member Status  

A 45-minute action packed workout to rev your cardiovascular engine and flex your muscles. Thursday Throwdown is a mixed Martial Arts and Kickboxing inspired workout using heavy bags and one--on-one mitt work with trainer Josh Marker.


*Proof of membership required upon attendance.  If the member rate is incorrectly chosen the fee will be due in full at first visit.
