Ames Racquet and Fitness Center offers over 80 classes weekly. All classes are free with your membership. We offer a large variety of different classes to meet different skill levels, ages, and interests. Group Fitness is a great place to add variety to your workout and have loads of fun!
Classes do not require any registration, but it's available for the Group Ride/ Cyling classes to ensure yourself a spot. Click here for details on reservations. (Registration is highly recommended during our busy seasons between October through March.)
