Learn to move the way your body was intended to move. Using corrective strategies focusing on core strength, joint health, and better balance, this course  gradually progresses you towards optimal movement for daily life and independence.


*Proof of membership required upon attendance.  If the member rate is incorrectly chosen the fee will be due in full at first visit. Class fees are non-refundable.
