Locally owned Ames Fitness Center has provided mid-Iowa residents with superior fitness services since 1977. They are happy to offer three locations in the Ames area for members to choose from. Over 80 employees help to carry out its mission to promote healthy lifestyle changes for the community.

The staff at Ames Fitness Center believes there are three elements to best fulfill their mission and they all have to do with quality - quality of facilities, quality of programs, and quality of service. With over 80 group fitness classes weekly, an indoor track, an indoor pool, spinning studio, yoga studio, child care services and Certified Personal Trainers, Ames Fitness Center is here to help the community of Ames becomes healthier and more fit.
