Group Training classes are available for purchase individually or in packages and will give you access to any of the classes listed below (Pilates Reformer classes not included).  Your class trainer will track your redeemed and available classes.

Class: Thrive 45 
Trainer: John Mongar
Day & Time: Wednesdays 10:15 - 11:00 am / Fridays 12:15 - 1:00 pm

Description:  45 minutes of total body strength, core and cardio. Ideal for all fitness levels, especially those athletes out there who need a little strength training in their life!

Trainer: Frank Mirano
Day & Time: Thursdays 9:15 - 10:00 am

Description: Recalibr8 is a class dedicated entirely to mobility. This class utilizes active stretching in a controlled fashion in order to not only achieve a greater range of motion, but to also achieve greater control and stability of that range of motion. Recalibr8 will help achieve range of motion, relieve aches and pains, improve your mind to muscle connections and set your central nervous system up to move in the most efficient way possible. This class is great for all ages and skill levels and the trainer will provide exercises and option to meet your body where it is at. (Masks optional)
