Group Training classes are available for purchase individually or in packages and will give you access to any of the classes listed below (Pilates Reformer classes not included).  Your class trainer will track your redeemed and available classes.

Description: Full on boxing/kickboxing workout with strength training intermixed. Knockout calories and knockout your excuses with this no-nonsense start to your weekend!

Class: Thrive 45

Day & Time: Wednesdays 10:15 - 11:00 am / Fridays 12:15 - 1:00 pm

Description:  Accelerate towards your goals head on! This total body strength, core and cardio workout is great for all fitness levels, especially those athletes out there who need a little strength training in their life!!

Description: Our evening bootcamp style workout is back! Enjoy this exhilarating workout one or two times a week. Sweat Sesh is your "no thinking/no nonsense" solution to a healthier mind and stronger body. This workout uses TRX, kettlebells, dumbbells, battle ropes and more!

Day & Time: Mondays, 12:15 pm
Location: South Personal Training Studio
Description: Pump up the energy and kick the week off right! Built on a sturdy foundation of functional movement, this class is designed to wake you up and refresh you for the rest of the day. Do you have work to finish? Kids to keep up with? No problem. If you have a desire to get fit in a fun, friendly and unique way, join coach Marker for Funday Monday motivation class.   


Class: Powerlifting Master Class **Not included in punch card

Dates:  Starts 3/25 (9 weeks)
Day & Time: Saturday, 8:30 am - 9 :30 am
