Here are the details:

Receive an hour massage once per month.
Cost: $78 per month for an hour massage. $108 for an hour and a half.
Payments can be made in full, monthly deductions via checking account or credit card, or paid quarterly.
The Massage Club requires a 12 month contract.
If a massage is missed in a month, it is not lost. The massage can be completed in the next month or any month of client's choice.
Clients are free to let family members or friends use their sessions at no additional cost.
You do not need to be a member of AFC to be a Massage Club client.
Additional massages may be purchased at the Massage Club cost during the duration of the 12 month contract.
Clients are free to use the sauna, steam room, and kids gym (up to two hours) at no extra charge prior to or after the massage appointment.
