John Ellis
My name is John Ellis. I am 28 years old and currently live in Ankeny. I am originally from Boone where I grew up playing tennis. I competed in the state tournament each of my four years in high-school and was able to win the state tournament my senior year. I went on to play collegiate tennis at University of Nebraska-Omaha where we competed at a Division 1 level in the Summit League Conference. I have been teaching tennis part-time since I was in high school and I am passionate about developing tennis players of all ages and levels. I would love to take part in developing your tennis skills so you can be ready to play tennis on your own with family, friends, tournaments, or on your local high-school team.
