We'll return your phone call if we need more information, and have a trainer or our personal training director in contact with you usually within a day. The trainer whose background, expertise, and availability best matches your choices will be recommended. As a training client, your satisfaction with our match is always our goal and you can let us know if at any time you feel another option might suit your needs better.
The personal training director or trainer can introduce you to the package options available to you and help you find the most beneficial package for you based on your unique combination of factors including goals, timeline, frequency of meeting, and budget.
We'll have you fill out a health and activity questionnaire on your first visit. From there we'll begin with an assessment of where you are now and what's going on in your body and begin your journey to getting more out of life.
