This class is designed for those wanting to learn the fundamentals of tennis. Emphasis will be on correct stroke production and learning how to move on a tennis court.

Cardio Tennis is a fun group activity featuring drills to give players an ultimate, high energy workout. It’s a great way to add variety to your workout to get in shape and burn calories.You will need basic skills to participate in this class. Classes are one hour in length and consist of feeding drills, footwork ladder, and game-based drills.
