Announcements:
- Starting Monday, March 2 there will no longer be registration offered on any Group Fitness classes. Classes will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please note the following:
- Spots will be filled as participants arrive.
- Participants may not hold spots for others.
- Spots may not be set 30 minutes prior to class (or less depending if there is a class prior).
- Once class capacity is reached, additional attendees will not be admitted.
- Yoga Mats: You will be required to bring your own yoga mat at both the North and South studios.
- Get on our Group Fitness email list! Emails will be sent for class cancellations, schedule changes and class promotions. Send email to [email protected] if you are interested in adding your name.
