Do you already have a good workout routine, work with a health coach or a personal trainer? Or do you just want to start small to get headed in the right direction? Come meet with a fitness professional to discuss your goals and measure your body composition using the InBody 570. It will measure your muscle, fat, minerals, and water levels in less than a minute. You will get measurements such as Visceral Fat, Basal Metabolic Rate, and Muscle Imbalances which are all important to our overall health. No dunking. No pinching. No discomfort. Simply stand on the device and hold the hand electrodes to test (only 45 seconds!) This appointment will take approximately 25 minutes to complete.

NOTE: Testing cannot be performed on anybody who is pregnant or has any internal medical devices.
